While there is no difference between Social English and Business English, there is however a difference in how a business conversation is conducted.

Is the business discussion taking place with one other person or is it a conference either via the telephone or in a meeting room. Who is participating and are they native English speakers or not? These considerations must be taken into account during a business conversation.
